Digitale Mitgliedskarte

Wenn du die Shift App (https://shift.robinhood.store) mit deinem Handy öffnest, kannst du dir deine Mitgliedskarte anzeigen lassen.

Menschen ohne Smartphone können an der Kasse über ihren Namen Rabatt und Guthaben beziehen, allerdings werden wir das irgendwann aus Sicherheitsgründen wahrscheinlich nicht mehr zulassen. Dann wird es nur noch Smartphones und ausgedruckte Barcodes geben (bzw. Spezialausnahmen wie Akku alle aber Ausweis dabei oder Kinder von Mitgliedern).

So gehts:

  1. Logge dich ein
  2. Öffne das Menü → Mitgliedskarte
  3. Halte den Barcode vor den Barcode-Scanner.

Tipp: Stelle die Bildschirmhelligkeit auf den höchsten Wert

Dauerhaft eingeloggt bleiben

Wenn du über dein Handy einfach nur zu unserer Shift Seite (shift.robinhood.store) surfst, wirst du leider mit modernen Handys nach einer Woche Inaktivität ausgeloggt. Um dich nicht ständig neu einzuloggen kannst du die Shift Webseite zu einer Shift App umwandeln.

Android

  1. Öffne die Webseite https://shift.robinhood.store im Browser deiner Wahl.

  1. Drücke auf “shift zum Startbildschirm hinzufügen” Fertig!

→ Falls die Schaltfläche “shift zum Startbildschirm hinzufügen” nicht auftaucht:

  1. Öffne die Webseite mit Chrome.

  1. Tippe da drauf:

  1. Öffne die Webseite https://shift.robinhood.store mit Safari.

  1. Tippe auf teilen / mehr Optionen

  1. Tippe auf “Zum Home-Bildschirm”

→ Fertig!

If you open the Shift app (https://shift.robinhood.store) on your phone, you can display your membership card.

People without a smartphone can receive discounts and credits at the checkout by providing their name, however, for security reasons, we will likely discontinue this option at some point. Then, only smartphones and printed barcodes will be accepted (with exceptions such as low battery but having identification or children of members).

Here's how:

  1. Log in
  2. Open the menu → Membership Card
  3. Hold the barcode in front of the barcode scanner.

Tip: Adjust the screen brightness to the highest level.

Stay logged in permanently

If you simply browse our Shift website (shift.robinhood.store) on your phone, you will be logged out after one week of inactivity on modern smartphones. To avoid constantly logging in, you can convert the Shift website into a Shift app.

Android

  1. Open the website https://shift.robinhood.store in your preferred browser.

  1. Tap "Add shift to home screen" Done!

→ If the "Add shift to home screen" button does not appear:

  1. Open the website using Chrome.
