What are Suschis doing?

Suschis are familiar with store operations and assist members during their shifts. There is always a Suschi in the store who accompanies other members and keeps an overview.

The word comes from "Super-Schicht (shift)" because some Suschis are on duty for more than 3 hours. Suschis do at least two shifts per month and can set wholesale prices for themselves in the stores.

A Suschi performs the following tasks, for example:

  • Store operations in all stores, morning and evening (there are also day-specific routines)
  • Deposit return forms and goods return forms.
  • Cash register, cash register issues, closing the cash register.
  • Key handling when you do opening or closing shifts.
  • Working with the Suschi Wiki. → Link will be available once you become a Suschi.
  • Fundraising and member conversations.
  • Communication channels to the team and to the groups where people can get involved if they wish.
  • Passing information to members, providing assistance for issues and problems that may arise.
